1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using YaarPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use YaarPlus. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information from your Google account is accurate.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure — if you suspect unauthorized access, contact us right away.
4. User Content & Conduct
You're responsible for the posts, sparks, comments, and messages you share. Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Yaars & Community Guidelines
"Yaars" are mutual connections — a request only becomes a yaar when the other person accepts. Don't use yaar requests to spam, harass, or impersonate others. We may remove connections or restrict accounts that abuse this feature.
6. Sparks, Posts & Comments
Sparks are time-boxed or ongoing conversations you start around a topic, challenge, or idea. Comments and replies are limited to two levels to keep discussions readable. Keep contributions relevant and respectful.
7. Messaging
Direct messages are for private conversations between yaars. Don't use messaging to send spam, unsolicited commercial content, or abusive material.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: impersonate another person; scrape or harvest data from the app or website; attempt to bypass security features; or use YaarPlus for any unlawful purpose.
9. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on YaarPlus, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the app and website.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using YaarPlus and request account deletion at any time.
11. Disclaimers
YaarPlus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YaarPlus and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of YaarPlus after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
